Removal Instructions
STEP 1: The controls consist of two separable housings. Before removing controls, bring rotary dials into the
following positions:
• Heater control to cold
• Blower to 0
• Air flow direction to footwell
STEP 2: Remove radio.
STEP 3: Remove screws retaining climate control
module, then remove from vehicle to access harness
at rear of module.
STEP 4: Disconnect all harnesses at rear of climate control module.
Installation Instructions
STEP 1: Installation is performed in reverse order of removal. Make sure when doing so that the rotary
dials have the same position as when removing. Tighten mounting screws to 1.5 Nm (1.11 ft-lb).
