Nach Anschluß der passenden Stecker und Belegung der notwendigen Stifte wird das Videosignal in
üblicher Weise über ein 75 Ω Koaxialkabel mit einem Video-Umschalter (bei mehreren Kameras) oder
direkt mit einem oder mehreren Monitoren verbunden.
Auf korrekten 75 Ω-Abschluß am Monitor (LOW-Eingang) oder bei Hintereinanderschaltung am
letzten Monitor ist zu achten.
Auflagemaß
Wenn bei eingesetztem Objektiv und bei Unendlich-Einstellung am Objektiv ein Objekt in ca. 20 m
Entfernung nicht scharf abgebildet wird, dann ist eine Einstellung des Auflagemaßes nötig.
Hierzu dient die kleine Stellschraube auf der Kamera-Oberseite (2). Sie wird mit dem beiliegenden Inbus-
Schlüsselchen gelöst und das Objektiv (ohne Änderung der Unendlich-Einstellung oder Entfernung zum
Objekt) im ganzen so verdreht, daß das Bild scharf wird. Anschließend wird die Stellschraube wieder
festgesetzt.
Regler und Schalter
Auf der linken Kameraseite sind einige Einstellmöglichkeiten vorhanden:
ES (7) Mit dem linken Vielstufenschalter ist der
elektronische Verschluß umzuschalten,
die Beschriftung ist nach Abnehmen des
Kameradeckels zu sehen:
Die Kamera wird mit der Schalterstellung 5
ausgeliefert.
AGC (8) Schalter für die automatische Verstärkungsregelung,
die in der oberen Schalterstellung eingeschaltet ist.
WB (9) Farbtemperaturschalter
Die Beschriftung des Schalters ist intern zu sehen,
die Kamera wird in Schalterstellung 0 ausgeliefert.
HP (10) Phasenregler für die Horizontalablenkung bei Steuerung der Kamera mit einem
externen Taktsignal. (Ext Sync)
Achtung!
1) Die Kamera ist vor direkter Lichteinstrahlung, hoher Feuchtigkeit, Staub und
Vibrationen zu schützen.
2) Berühren Sie niemals den hochempfindlichen Präzisions-CCD-Chip.
3) Bei Nichtgebrauch ist das Objektiv mit einer Linsenkappe abzudecken.

CCTV COLOR CAMERA
1. GENERAL
This color camera module uses an interline transfer CCD (Charge Coupled Device).
The camera produces an image with little geometric distortion and has high resistance to
vibration and mechanical shocks. These features, together with compact size and light weight,
make it suitable for application in a monitoring, surveillance, security or as an input device in an
image processing system.
2. FEATURES
• Electronic shutter
A sharp and clear picture can be obtained with minimal picture blurring regardless of the
subject moving fast.
• Auto White Balance (ATW) Preset
Auto White Balance can be controlled by automatically or manually.
• Auto Gain Control (AGC)/Preset
A stable picture can be obtained regardless of changing the brightness of a subject.
• Auto Iris
A stable picture can be obtained regardless of changing the brightness of a subject by using
a CS mount with the auto iris.
• Electronic Iris
Automatic sensitivity adjustment by using the electronic shutter of the CCD which is
incorporated and a stable and clear picture can be obtained regardless of changing the
brightness of a subject by using a CS mount without the auto iris.
• External Sync
Synchronization with other cameras is possible by entering the HD/VD or SYNC./VBS/VS from
the external signal generator. H sync. is possible in accordance with PLL circuit by elected
signal (external or internal input signal) and V sync. is possible in accordance with the forced
reset system by external input signal.
• Compact size and light weight
The body of the camera is of compact size and light weight and the best possible can be
obtained by using only DC 12 V.
3. PRECAUTIONS
To protect the camera, do not expose the device to humidity and dust.
Handle with care. This camera consists of sensitive, high-precision parts. Do not place it
in a location subject to vibration or on an unstable base.
CCD sensor consists of sensitive, high-precision parts. Do not touch.
Do not place it in a location subject to direct sunlight.
Operates on DC +12V. (Use a regulated power source, MONACOR model PS-12CCD is
recommended).
Projection of the lens or other pieces of optical equipment must be less than 6 mm
away from the lens mount face.
4. LOCATION AND FUNCTION OF PARTS AND CONTROLS (Please see the last page of this manual)
(1) Lens mount
Use a CS mount only. (Use with a C mount adaptor when using a C mount lens.)
(2) Mount fixing screw (1-location)
This screw is used for fixing the lens mount and also for adjusting the back focus.
(3) Screw holes for mounting camera (2-locations 1/4-20UNC)
When a three-legged support mounting screw is used, secure to these screw holes.
(4) DC IN/VIDEO OUT/EXT 9 pin D sub connector for supply power (+12V DC), for video signal
output and for external sync. signals. (HD. VD/SYNC.)
