2.1 System components Identification:

Arm Trap
1. Arm trap (Consumable Parts): The Arm Traction Device is indicated for used to
position or distract the patient's arm or shoulder during surgery. Arm traction device
applies traction to arm and shoulder during surgical procedure. Made of soft
plastic mesh, the Allen Sterile Arm Trap comfortably holds the arm. Arm trap is
affixed to patient with CoFlexR NL Self-Adherent Wrap (roll included with arm trap).
Rope loop at the top of the trap allows for easy attachment to many types of
traction and suspension devices. It is sold in cases of 6.
Arm trap can be used to provides up to 16 lbs. (7.25 kg) of traction force to the
patient arm
