6.3 Filling (completing)
• Close delivery nozzle and allow to stop
dripping.
• Place hose and delivery nozzle into integrated
holder.
• Close ball valve of the delivery line (item d).
• Remove earth cable, roll up and fix to the tank.
• For the version with flap lid, this must be
closed until it clicks audibly into place.
6.4 Environmental conditions
The KS-Mobil Easy should not be exposed
to direct sunlight for extended periods during
transport on the vehicle or when in storage.
Excessive heating can result in deformation
of the high-grade plastic tank and lead to a
reduction in the quality of the fuel.
Suitable storage conditions
are max. - 10 °C to + 40 °C.
7. Accessories
The following accessory are available for the
KS-Mobil Easy 120 l/190 l:
• Flap lid (Order code 8963) for protection
against rain and dirt

8. Maintenance
The filling station KS-Mobil Easy should be
checked at regular intervals for damage to the
tank and leaks at the fittings. Defective parts
must be replaced. Repairs must be carried out
by CEMO or an authorised partner. Regular
maintenance of the hand pump is not necessary.
The filter insert at the filling connection (item b)
must be cleaned of coarse dirt as required. The
filter insert must not be dismantled! Dirt or fuel
residue adhering to the tank must be removed
immediately.
Note: The filling station must always be kept in a
usable condition. If the filling station is not
used for extended periods of time, it should
be stored in an empty condition.
9. Inspection by Owner
An inspection of the outside condition of the tank
and the operating equipment should be carried
out at least once every twelve months.
These inspections should be documented in the
following table.
Note: The filling station must be fully inspected
by the manufacturer CEMO or an author-
ised partner not later than 5 years after the
date of manufacture (see name plate).
10. Warranty
Under our general terms and conditions of trade
we warrant that the equipment will be produced
free from defects in materials, functionality or
workmanship. These can be inspected at
http://www.cemo.de/agb.html
The warranty applies only under the condition that
the above operating and maintenance instructions
and all applicable regulations are closely followed.
Modification of the filling station by the customer
without consultation with the manufacturer CEMO
GmbH invalidates any claims under the statutory
warranty.
