7. Close delivery nozzle g and allow
to stop dripping.
8. Place hose and delivery nozzle
into the pump enclosure.
9. Close delivery line ball valve c.
10. Close the cover of the pump enclosure,
lock the clamp lock.
5.5.3 Filling with electric pump
Important!
Hazard from electric shock!
Ensure that the electrical cables/
connections are dry and clean.

Important!
The electric pump has a thermal over­
load protection to avoid risks caused by
overload. The intervention of this feature causes
the pump to switch off automatically, but does not
deactivate the main switch. It is important to switch
the pump off using its switch. Once normal oper­
ating conditions have been restored, the cooled
pump can be switched back on. Should the pro­
tective shut­off trip during normal operating
conditions, please contact the Technical Service.
1. Open the pump enclosure clamp lock and cover.

Important!
Switch the pump to off before
connecting the power source.
2. Make a conductive connection with the green
terminal clamp (earth cable) between the tank
and the transport vehicle or the ground.
3. Connect black terminal clamp
to minus terminal (-) of the power source.
4. Connect red terminal clamp
to plus terminal (+) of the power source.
5. Open delivery line ball valve c.

6. Switch on the pump j at the switch l.
7. Remove the hose h and automatic delivery
nozzle g from the pump enclosure and insert
the delivery spout fully into the container/tank
to be filled.
8. Operate the automatic delivery nozzle
(if necessary, lock with locking device)
and carry out filling operation.

9. Close automatic delivery nozzle g
and allow to stop dripping.
10. Switch electric pump j off at switch l.
11. Completely disconnect pump from power
supply. Disconnect the terminal clamps in the
reverse sequence to connection. Roll up cable.
12. Roll up hose and position delivery nozzle
in the pump enclosure.
13. Close the delivery line ball valve d.
14. Close the lid of the pump enclosure.
Close the clamp lock.
