1. Make sure the installation direction of the SIM card is
correct (as shown in the picture).
2. Insert the SIM card until it clicks into the locked position.

Switch the device status to Setup first.
Activate Device
Start activating device until the battery, signal, and SD
indicators are green.
Steps
1. Scan the QR code on the device via HIKMICRO Sight.
2. Register a user account.
3. Activate the device according to the prompts of the app.
You can configure parameters on your app after the user
account indicator stays green.
Main Settings
Main Parameters
 Remote Control: To set the interval of receiving captured
pictures and videos on app, or synchronizing settings.

Scheduled Shot: Set the interval of taking pictures or
videos automatically no matter PIR on or off.
 Working Time: You can set two real-time working periods
for the PIR and scheduled shot.

Delayed Shot: Allows you to set the time interval between
each detection before the camera records the next photo
or video.

PIR Sensitivity: Set the detection sensitivity of the camera.
7. Install Device
iOS
Install with Strap (Page 3 – F)
Steps
1. Thread the strap through the strap attachment points.
2. Fasten the strap on a tree trunk or pole.
3. Adjust the device position as needed.
Install on Tripod (Optional)
You can install the device on a tripod. Adjust the device
position as needed.
Note
The tripod is not included in the package. Please purchase it
separately.
8. USB Connection (Page 4 – G)
Connect the device to your PC with a Type-C cable, then you
can export files to local disks on your PC.
