2.1 Einbau DualGuard-S 4C3 in Brandschutzgehäuse ELCW-ESF30-F
Das Brandschutzgehäuse gemäß der mitgelieferten separaten Montageanleitung
montieren und befestigen.
ACHTUNG
Es muss zwingend die Aufstellanleitung des Herstellers des Brandschutzgehäuses beachtet
werden.
1. Das Funktionserhaltsgehäuse mit den Aufhängelaschen an der Wand befestigen.
2. Abstandshalter zur Montage der Anlage aus der Zubehörverpackung fertigen.
- Karton mit Zubehör öffnen und Teile entnehmen
- Karton aufschneiden um einen flachen Karton zu erhalten
- Aus dem flachen Karton 9 Stücke schneiden und jeweils 3 Stück übereinanderlegen
(Abstand sollte 10-15 mm betragen)
3. Die Anlage DG-S 4C3 mit den aus der Zubehörverpackung gefertigten Abstandsstücken
(10mm) in dem Gehäuse ausrichten und die Position der Befestigungslöchern anzeichnen.
4. Die DG-S 4C3 Anlage aus dem Funktionserhaltsgehäuse entfernen und die Bohrungen
zur Montage DURCH die Rückwand des Funktionserhaltsgehäuses hindurch bis in die
Gebäudewand ausführen.
5. Bohrlöcher und Funktionserhaltsgehäuse von Bohrmehl befreien.
6. DG-S 4C3 Anlage wieder mit den Abstandsstücken in dem Funktionserhaltsgehäuse
ausrichten und mit den beigelegten Dübeln befestigen.
Im Anschluss sind die Abstandsstücke zu entfernen und Funktion der Türen prüfen.
Leitblech (Bild 2) im Zuluftbereich wie abgebildet montieren. Das Leitblech wird dazu nur bis zum
Anschlag in den Zwischenraum geschoben.
Um Toleranzen auszugleichen, kann das Blech vorsichtig weiter „aufgebogen" ( + 90° )
oder „gestaucht" ( - 90° ) werden.
2.1 Installation of DualGuard-S 4C3 in fire protection enclosure
ELCW-ESF30-F
Mount and fasten the fire protection enclosures according to the separate mounting
instructions supplied.
CAUTION
It is imperative to follow the installation instructions of the manufacturer of the fire
protection enclosure.
1. Attach the function maintenance housing to the wall using the suspension brackets.
2. Make spacers for mounting the unit from the accessories box.
-Open the accessories box and remove the parts.
-Cut open the cardboard box to obtain a flat cardboard box.
-Cut 9 pieces from the flat cardboard and place 3 pieces on top of each other (the
distance should be 10-15 mm).
3. Align the DG-S 4C3 unit in the enclosure with the spacers (10mm) made from the
accessory pack and mark the position of the fixing holes.
4. Remove the DG-S 4C3 unit from the function maintenance housing and drill the holes
for installation through the rear wall of the function maintenance housing and into the
building wall.
5. Remove any drill dust from the drill holes and the function maintenance housing.
6. Align the DG-S 4C3 unit again in the function maintenance housing using the spacers
and fix it in place using the dowels supplied.
Remove the spacers and check the function of the doors.
To mount the baffle in the supply air area as shown, carefully push the baffle into the gap
until it clicks.
To compensate for tolerances, the sheet can be carefully „bent up" (+ 90°) or „com-
pressed" (- 90°).
