6.2 AS interface profile
When an individual device is replaced, the AS interface profile of the
control head Type 8681 must match the AS interface profile of the
replaced control head Type 1066.
The following options are available for setting the slave address of
the Type 8681:

If the "Automatic address programming" function is activated in
the AS interface master, the slave address is transferred auto-
matically after the control head is replaced.
Or:
→
Transfer the slave address with a standard commercial
addressing device or using an appropriate function of the AS
interface master.
