12.3 Crash testing on the SALSA, all models.

A representative Salsa M2 Mini wheelchair has been
tested in accordance with the dynamic performance
requirements specified in ISO 7176-19: "Wheeled Mobility
Devices for use in Motor Vehicles" using an Unwins four-
point strap restraint system that conform to ISO 10542 or
equivalent and was used in accordance with the WTORS
manufacturer's instructions.
The Unwins restraint system was used for these tests.
However other restraint systems can be used as long as
they conform to ISO 10542 or equivalent and are used in
accordance with the WTORS manufacturer's instructions.
They must also be checked to make sure that they are
sufficiently specified for the weight of the wheelchair and
rider

12.4 The tie down label and placement

The label shown in Fig 12.6 is used to identify the tie
down points on all wheelchair models.
Fig. 12.7 - 12.8 show the tie down label placements on the
Salsa M2 Mini. Fig.12.9 - 12.10 shows the tie down straps
front and aft.
