Einbau:
1) Reinigen Sie die Antriebswelle und
fetten diese gleichmässig ein.
2) Schieben Sie die Frästrommel bis
zum Anschlag auf die Antriebswel-
le.
Achten Sie beim Montieren der Sei-
tenplatte auf den korrekten Sitz der
Lagereinheit.
Betreiben Sie die Fräsmaschine
NIEMALS ohne Seitendeckel, oder
ohne diesen sachgemäß montiert
zu haben.
7.7 Beeinflussung des Fräsbildes
Das Fräsbild ist abhängig von der zu
bearbeitenden Oberfläche und kann
durch variieren der Frästiefe und
Vorschubgeschwindigkeit beeinflusst
werden.
Je nach Beschaffenheit der geforder-
ten Oberfläche kann die Struktur der
gefrästen Fläche durch Versuche mit
unterschiedlichen
Werkzeugtypen
angepasst werden.
Nach Einbau neuer bzw. anderer
Werkzeuge, sollte immer eine Über-
prüfung des Fräsbildes erfolgen. Nur
so haben Sie die nötige Garantie,
wirtschaftlich zu arbeiten und unnötige
Verschleiss- und Reparaturkosten zu
sparen.
7.8 Der Zahnriemen
Vor Beginn jeder Instandsetzung an
der Anlage und deren Antrieben ist
die Anlage gegen unbeabsichtigtes
Einschalten zu sichern. Anlage in
Sicherheits-Nullstellung bringen. Kap.
2.5.
(NETZSTECKER
ZIEHEN).

Montage:
1) Nettoyez l'arbre d'entraînement et
graissez-le en répartissant la graisse
de façon régulière.
2) Faites coulisser le tambour de fraise
jusqu'à la butée de l'arbre
d'entraînement.
Lors du montage de la plaque
latérale, veillez à ce que l'unité de palier
soit correctement installée.
N'utilisez JAMAIS la fraiseuse sans
plaque latérale ou sans avoir monté
celle-ci correctement.
7.7 Influencer le fraisage
Le résultat du fraisage dépend de la
surface à traiter et peut être influencé par
les variations de la profondeur de frai-
sage et la vitesse d'avancée.
Selon la constitution de la surface exigée,
il est possible d'adapter la structure de la
surface fraisée en effectuant des essais
avec différents types d'instruments.
Après le montage de nouveaux outils ou
d'autres outils, effectuez systématique-
ment un contrôle du fraisage. C'est la
seule façon d'être sûr de travailler dans
des conditions économiques et d'éviter
des fraises de réparations dus à une
usure anormale.
7.8 La courroie dentée
Avant toute réparation sur l'installation et
ses moteurs, prévenir toute mise en
marche inopinée. Mettre l'installation en
position zéro de sécurité. Chap. 2.5.

Installation:
1) Clean the drive shaft and grease
it evenly.
2) Slide the milling drum on to the
drive shaft up to the stop.
When fitting the side panel, make
sure that the bearing unit is correctly
fitted.
NEVER use the milling machine
without the side panel, or if the
panel has been incorrectly fitted.
7.7 Influencing the milling pattern
The milling pattern depends on the
surface being worked and can be
influenced by varying the milling
depth and the feed rate.
Depending on the structure of the
surface you want you can adjust the
structure of the milled area by trials
with different tools types.
After fitting new or different tools,
always check the milling pattern.
This is the only way to ensure that
you work economically and save
unnecessary wear and repair costs.
7.8 Gear belt
Before beginning any repair work on
the machine and its drives, make
sure that it cannot be switched on
accidentally. Set the machine to the
emergency off position. Chap. 2.5.
