Vorbereitung/Inbetriebnahme
f) Betätigen Sie den Schalter durch
niederdrücken des "SCHWARZEN"
Einschaltknopfes. (Falls Sie eine
Fräsmaschine mit Verbrennungsmo-
tor haben, beachten Sie bitte die bei-
gefügten Anleitungen des Herstel-
lers.)
g) Lösen Sie die Radsperre.
h) Senken Sie nun die Frästrommel mit
der Schnellabhebevorrichtung lang-
sam ab.
i) Abhängig von der zu bearbeitenden
Oberfläche können Sie nun mit dem
Handrad die Frästiefe einstellen, bis
Sie das geforderte Oberflächenprofil
erreicht haben.
WICHTIG!
ZWINGEND!
Beim Fräsen können gesund-
heitsschädigende Stäube entste-
hen! Deshalb ist der Einsatz eines
geeigneten Industriestaubsau-
gers ZWINGEND VORGESCHRIE-
BEN, sowie der Einsatz von Quali-
täts-Schutzmasken!
Eine zu „grosse" Frästiefe wirkt sich
negativ auf die Maschine aus. Statt
mehr Reinigungs- oder Fräsleistung
blockieren die Fräslamellen; die Ma-
schine wirkt unruhig und fängt zu
„schlagen" an.
Durch Verschieben der Maschine kön-
nen Sie nun die Oberfläche ohne jegli-
chen Kraftaufwand bearbeiten. Das
Verschieben bzw. die Vorschubge-
schwindigkeit ist abhängig von der
Beschaffenheit und der gewünschten
Oberflächenstruktur der zu bearbeiten-
den Fläche.

f) Actionnez le commutateur en ap-
puyant sur le bouton "NOIR" de
mise en marche (si vous avez une
fraiseuse à moteur à combustion in-
terne, veuillez tenir compte des ins-
tructions jointes par le constructeur).
g) Desserrez le système blocage de
roue.
h) Abaissez maintenant lentement le
tambour de fraise avec dispositif de
levage rapide.
i) Selon la surface à usiner, vous
pouvez maintenant régler la pro-
fondeur de fraisage avec la roue
manuelle jusqu'à ce que vous ayez
obtenu le profil de surface requis.
IMPORTANT!
ET OBLIGATOIRE!
Durant le travail de surface certaines
poussières peuvent être malsaines pour
votre santé, il est DONC FORTEMENT
CONSEILLÉ d'utiliser un aspirateur in-
dustriel adapté, ainsi que des masques
de protection !
Une profondeur de fraisage excessive
aura un effet négatif sur la machine.
Non seulement la capacité de net-
toyage et de fraisage n'est pas amé-
liorée, mais les lamelles de fraisage
provoquent un blocage, le fonction-
nement de la machine devient irrégu-
lier et la machine commence à vibrer
puis sauter.
En poussant la machine, vous pouvez
raboter la surface à traiter sans le
moindre effort. La poussée ou la vi-
tesse d'avancée dépend de la consti-
tution et de la structure souhaitée de
la surface à usiner.

f) Press the switch by holding the
"BLACK" push-button. (If you have a
miller with a gasoline engine, please
refer to the enclosed manufacturer's
instructions.)
g) Release the Wheel stopper
h) Now lower the milling drum slowly
with the quick-lift handle.
i) Depending on the surface you want
to work, you can now use the hand
wheel to set the milling depth until
you obtain the surface profile you
want.
IMPORTANT!
AND A „MUST"!
As during the floor preparation up-
coming dust could harm your
health, it is a MUST TO USE a
professional dust collector, and a
high quality RESPIRATORY PRO-
TECTION!
If the milling depth is too deep, this will
have a negative effect on the machine.
Instead of more cleaning or milling, the
cutters will block, the machine runs
unevenly and starts to "jump".
By pushing the machine you can now
work the surface without any effort at
all. Pushing, or the feed rate, depends
on the characteristics of the surface and
the surface structure you want to obtain.
