Opening the device, other than for the processes described below, is not permissible!
Cleaning
Use a damp cloth to clean the outside of the unit.
Do not use abrasive or solvent-based cleaning agents.
Empty Dust Drawer
After the set time period has expired a signal to empty the dust drawer will occur (factory settings 50 h).
Before the dust drawer is emptied, a filter cleaning function is carried out so that loose dust particles fall
into the dust drawer.
The time period has expired:
♦ An acoustic signal will occur 3 times.
♦ The display dust drawer (24) lights up.
When the suction has stopped, an acoustic signal occurs 3 times and a filter cleaning function is carried
out.
The following procedure is recommended for low-dust disposal of the extracted material
⇒ Pull the dust drawer out towards the front.
⇒ Place the dust drawer in a plastic bag and seal the bag tightly to prevent dust escaping
⇒ Turn the dust drawer with the plastic bag so that the extracted material falls out of the dust drawer.
⇒ Leave the closed plastic bag to stand for at least 30 minutes so that the dust that has been raised can
settle.
⇒ Open the plastic bag and carefully remove the dust drawer.
⇒ Seal the plastic bag again tightly to prevent dust escaping and ensure disposal.
⇒ Wipe the dust drawer with a damp cloth and insert it again until it locks into place.
⇒ Suction up any dust that has been released.
So that you do not have to wait for the dust to settle when emptying the dust drawer and can
quickly resume working, we recommend purchasing a second dust drawer.
Alternatively, you can also always empty the drawer when work has been completed so that the
dust does not settle overnight.
⇒ Press the enter key (25) (the counter which determines the time period is re-set).
♦ An acoustic signal confirms the input.
♦ The display dust drawer (24) light disappears.
If the dust drawer is not emptied, the display for the dust drawer will remain alight (24). When the
unit is switched off / on an acoustic signal will occur to remind that the dust drawer needs
emptying.

Change Fine Filter
► If the suction power is no longer sufficient in spite of a filter cleaning, the fine filter must be
changed.
► In general, the fine filter should be changed every 2 years.
Do not clean the fine filter manually (e.g. with compressed air, brush, water, etc.), as this leads to
damage of the filter material!
Do not use compressed air!
Using compressed air to blow off deposits of dust is generally not permitted.
