4. Fix the printed circuit on the slide's
pre-arranged side near the rear cover
plate (fig. 1 point 3).
5. Connect the wires of the heating ele-
ment to the circuit on the clamp
marked with HEATER (fig. 8 point
1). In the circuit there is also the pos-
sibility of drawing the power supply
for a camera (point 2). Please pay
attention to the supply voltage sup-
plied in that it is the same both for the
camera and the heater kit.
6. Feed the circuit by means of an exter-
nal source of power on the inlet ter-
minals (point 3).
7. The dustproof housings are pre-arran-
ged for fixing possible ground con-
nections to be carried out in com-
pliance with the legislation in force
8. Re-set the slide in the working position
and close the housing.
How to install the blower kit
This chapter describes how to install the
blower kit option into the housings that are
not equipped with it. The power input of the
blower kit can be 12VDC, 24VAC or
230VAC. The 230VAC blower kit cannot be
mounted together with other options, heater
kit included.
12VDC power supply:
1. Remove the body by unscrewing the
two screws placed on the rear cover
plate.
2. Fix the blower kit on the bottom (fig.
4 point 1), with the air flow towards
the inside, by means of the relevant
screws supplied with the kit. We wish
to remind our customers that normally
the cover plates, to be used with a
blower kit, are supplied with an addi-
tional hole with the relevant filter for
air intake.
3. Carry out the connections to a corre-
sponding source of power (if availa-
ble, it will be possible to draw it from
the heating circuit terminals responsi-
ble for supplying power to the came-
ra).
4. Close the housing.
24VAC power supply:
1. Remove the body by unscrewing the
two screws placed on the rear cover
plate.
2. Carry out the connections between
the blower kit and the relevant circuit
(fig 9 point 1).
3. Position the blower kit on the bottom
(fig. 4 point 1) and fix it on the holes,
with the air flow towards the interior,
by means of the screws supplied with
the kit. We wish to remind our custo-
mers that normally the cover plates to
be used with a blower kit are sup-
plied with an additional hole with the
relevant filter for air intake.
4. Fix the printed circuit on the slide's
pre-arranged side near the rear cover
plate (fig. 1 point 3).
5. Carry out the connections of the cir-
cuit to the external source of power
24VAC (fig. 9 point 2).
6. The above circuit can also control the
PTC thanks to the thermostat assem-
bled (point 3).
7. The dustproof housings are pre-arran-
ged for fixing possible ground con-
nections to be carried out in com-
pliance with the legislation in force.
8. In the circuit there is also the possibi-
lity of drawing power supply for a
0camera (fig.9 point 4).
9. Close the housing.
N.B.: If heating has been already arranged,
replace the current circuit with the new one.
230VAC power supply:
1. Remove the body by unscrewing the
two screws placed on the rear cover
plate.
2. Carry out the connections between
the blower kit and the relevant circuit
(fig. 10 point 1).
3. Position the blower kit on the bottom
(fig. 5 point 1) and fix it on the two

holes on the right-hand side, with the
air flow towards the interior, by
means of the screws supplied with the
kit. We wish to remind our customers
that normally the cover plates to be
used with a blower kit are supplied
with an additional hole with the rele-
vant filter for air intake.
4. Fix the circuit over the blower kit, on
the holes left free, by means of the
remaining screws and of the spacers
supplied (fig. 5 point 1).
5. Carry out the connections of the cir-
cuit to the external source of power
(fig. 10 point 2).
6. The dustproof housings are pre-arran-
ged for fixing possible ground con
nections to be carried out in com-
pliance with the legislation in force.
7. Close the housing.
How to install the camera power supply
This chapter describes how to install the
camera power supply option into the hou-
sing. The camera power supply has an input
voltage of 230VAC or 115VAC and an out-
put voltage, depending on the model, of
12VDC or 24VAC 400mA. Remember that
the camera power supply option can only be
assembled together with the fan if the latter
uses a voltage of 12VDC (with 12VDC
camera power supply).
1. Remove the body by loosing the two
screws at the bottom rear of the hou-
sing.
2. If heating is installed, loosen the
screws of the circuit terminal board,
disconnect the wires and remove the
circuit in question by unscrewing the
two self-tapping screws.
3. Apply the plastic spacer onto the slide
turret (fig. 6 point 1).
4. Replace the earth wire between the
circuit and the slide with the wire sup-
plied with the optional device, if it is
the case, apply the plastic protection
to the terminal wire that will eventual-
ly be fixed onto the slide (point 2).
Camera housing and accessories
5. Apply the plastic protection to the ter-
minal wire of the earthing connected
in part to the body of the housing and
in part to the internal slide. If neces-
sary, bend the fastons to ensure their
adherence to the internal slide.
6. Fix the camera power supply circuit in
the available position of the internal
slide in the bottom rear of the housing
(point 3).
7. Connect the camera power supply
wires of the camera checking their
voltage on the output boards, marked
12VDC or 24VAC (fig. 11 points 1
or 4).
8. If fitted, connect the heating wires into
the terminal block marked HEATER
(points 2 or 5).
9. Connect the mains wires to the input
terminal block (points 3 or 6).
10. The dust-proof type housings can fit-
ted with earth connections if required
to be performed in line with the stan-
dards in force.
11. Close the housing.
