Check the correct jack input.

Contact the customer service or the service
centre.

Empty the used capsule drawer/drip tray.

Lift the capsule loading arm and insert cor-
rectly the capsule.
»
Fill with fresh drinking water and repeat the
loading of the hydraulic circuit.
»
Insert the capsule.
»
Wait until it reaches the proper temperature.
»
Lower the capsule loading arm.
»
Fill with fresh drinking water and repeat the
loading of the hydraulic circuit.
»
Check the insertion of the Brita® filter and
repeat the loading of the hydraulic circuit
(see instructions provided with the filter).

Preheat the coffee cups by dispensing hot
water.

Wait at least 20 seconds after dispensing
hot water.

Insert a new capsule.

Use fresh, partially skimmed milk.

Use milk at refrigerator temperature.

Clean the steam wand with a needle and
clean the spout.

Clean the spout (see maintenance and
cleaning). If the problem persists, clean
the hole of the dispensing unit with a fine
needle, making sure it s not clogged, then
turn on the machine and dispense a small
amount of steam.

Fill with fresh drinking water and repeat the
loading of the hydraulic circuit.

Check the insertion of the Brita® filter and
repeat the loading of the hydraulic circuit
(see instructions provided with the filter).
