Start the engine.
Check the overload warning light.

Inspect the generator condition.
1. Connected electrical device is overloaded.
2. The generator overheated.

of AC output voltages.

Refer to the service manual 7XF-28197-40 "OVER-
LOAD INDICATOR LIGHT" in CHAPTER 2.
Check the wire harness connection.
Check the throttle control system.
Refer to "THROTTLE CONTROL SYSTEM" (page 21).
Connect or replace the connector.
