Before first use, wash all components with soapy water, dry them. Remember the motor cannot
be submerged in water; clean it with a damp cloth.

OPERATION:

To get used to the operation of this machine, we suggest trying out some of the ice creams
listed.

Ice Cream preparation:
Have all ingredients ready before starting the machine. You can choose to make your own
recipe or choose one from our list.
Coffee Ice cream
Ingredients:
Pour the milk into a 2 Lt jug, add the sugar and mix with an electric whisk until the sugar has
completely dissolved (1).
Add the whipped cream and coffee powder, mix with electric whisk on a low setting or use a
hand held whisk (2).

350 ml of whipped cream
Instant coffee (we recommend using decaffeinated coffee for children)
