- Use a fork spanner CH10 to turn the maximum power to the
value indicated in the multigas table.
MINIMUM DOMESTIC HOT WATER ADJUSTMENT
- Disconnect a terminal cover of the modulator
- Wait for the pressure on the pressure gauge to stabilise at the
minimum value
- Taking care not to press on the inner shaft, turn the red domestic
hot water minimum adjustment screw with a screwdriver until
the pressure gauge reads the value indicated in the multigas
table
- Reconnect the terminal cover of the modulator
- Turn off the hot water tap.
MINIMUM HEATING ADJUSTMENT (only B.S.I. model)
- Move the general switch to "off"
- On the control panel:
- move the mode selector (1) to
- turn the domestic hot water temperature selector (2) and the
heating water temperature selector (3) to maximum

- Loosen the screws fixing the shell to the frame
- Remove the shell
- Remove the screw fixing the panel
- Remove the plastic caps covering the jumpers and
potentiometers.
- Fit the JP2 Timer jumper
- Turn the P4 trimmer anti-clockwise until the minimum value shown
on the multigas table is reached
- Turn the P5 trimmer anti-clockwise until the minimum value shown
on the multigas table is reached
- Power the boiler by moving the general switch to "on"
- Generate a request for heat from the ambient thermostat.
After the slow ignition phase, turn the P4 potentiometer to the
current required for the modulator coil (checking the effective
pressure downline from the gas valve).
- Remove JP2
- Reconnect the compensation inlet to the air distribution box (B.S.I.)
- Reposition the P5 trimmer to maximum
- Put the adjustment screw safety cap back on with care
- Disconnect the pressure gauge and tighten the pressure inlet
screw.
After adjusting the gas valve, seal it with sealing wax.
- Fix the panel back onto the frame with the relative screws.
After making adjustments:
- turn the temperature set with the ambient thermostat to the
required position
- move the heating water temperature selector and the domestic
hot water temperature selector to the required position
- move the mode selector to the required position.

GAS CONVERTION OPERATIONS
It is easy to convert from one gas family to another even after the
boiler has been installed. This operation must be performed by
professionally qualified staff.
The boiler is designed to work with natural gas or LPG. The product
plate indicates which fuel it has been fitted out to use.
It is possible to convert the boiler from one kind of gas to the other
using kits which can be supplied on request:
- natural gas to LPG conversion kit
- LPG to natural gas conversion kit.
To dissamble proceed as follows:
- disconnect the boiler from the power supply and close the gas
tap
- remove the components to access to the internal parts of the
boiler
- disconnect the ignition electrode cable and remove the cable
holder from the lower wall
- for B.S.I. models:
- remove the bottom of the air distribution box
- loosen the nut fixing the gas train to the burner
- unscrew the fixing screws and remove the insert from the
bottom of the air distribution box
- unscrew the screws fixing the manifold to the air distribution
box
- disconnect the burner from the gas train
- pull out the burner from the rear pocket and remove it from the
air distribution box
- for B.A.I. - B.S.I. models:
- separate the burner form the manifold by unscrewing the rela-
tive fixing screws
- remove the nozzles and washers with a socket or fork wrench
and replace them with the ones in the kit
Use the washers contained in the kit even for washerless
collectors.
- for B.S.I. models:
- converting to natural gas: remove the LPG flame propagation
cover and fit the blind chips into the free spark plug connector
spaces
- converting to LPG: remove the blind chips and fix the LPG
flame propagation cover with the screws contained in the kit
(throw away any extra ones)
- put back the burner into the combustion chamber and tighten
the screws fixing it to the gas collector
- position the cable holder with the sparkplug cable in its seat on
the air distribution box (B.S.I. model)
- connect the sparkplug cable
- remount components previously removed
- rotate the control panel towards the front of the boiler
