Storing channels in the memory
You can preset 6 channels for each band.

Tune in to a channel you want to preset.

Select a preset number.
The channel selected in step 1 is stored.

• You can also select a preset station by pressing
[ ]/[ ].

Setting the reception restrictions

Setting the parental lock
You can set the parental lock in order to, for
example, restrict children from receiving adult
channels.
Setting the parental code
• The initial setting is "0000."
• Changing the code does not change the <P.Lock
Channel Select> and <Skip Channel Select>
settings.

Display the <Parental Code> screen.
(Hold)

Enter the current code in <Current Code>,
a new code in <New Code>, and then the
new code again to confirm the entry in
<Confirm Code>.

2 Confirm the entry.
• Press [Clear] to delete the entry.
To change the parental code: Press [Change] in
step 1, enter current code, then new code in step 2
above.
Activating the parental lock
