Storing phone numbers in memories

The telephone has 14 memories: 10 two-
touch memories, accessed by the MEM key
and four one-touch memories (position 8
on page 1). Each of these memories can
store up to 32 digits.
Storing phone numbers in one-touch
memories:
Lift the handset
Press the PROG key
Press one of the four one-touch
memory keys
: Enter the phone number to be stored
Press the PROG key
Listen for the confirmation tone (long
beep)
Replace the handset
Using one-touch memories to make a
call:
Lift the handset
Press the desired one-touch memory
key
Erasing one-touch memories:
Lift the handset
Press the PROG key
Press the one-touch memory key that
you want to erase
Press the PROG key
Listen for the confirmation tone (long
beep)

Note:
• Phone numbers longer than 32 digits
cannot not be stored in the memory.
• The keys
regardless of the dialing mode used, but
they only work in TONE dialing mode.
• It is possible to store an external
telephone number in one of the one-
touch or two-touch memories when the
telephone is connected to a PBX system.
Simply insert the trunk access code
before the phone number you want to
store. If the code is not programmed,
insert a pause (PAUSE key
trunk access code.
