Problem

Possible cause
The appliance is pressed against skin too hard.
Not fully charged
Hair dust has accumulated.
The skin protector or discs are deformed,
cracked, or damaged.
Insufficient amount of shower gel or water.
Shower gel used does not create foam.
Not applying enough pressure to the skin or
for a long enough time.
Exfoliation brush deterioration from continuous
use
Action
Contact skin with gentle force.
Fully charge the appliance.
Clean the hair dust.
Request repair at an authorized
service center.
Adjust the amount of shower gel or
water.
Try using another kind of shower gel.
Adjust degree of pressure and/or
amount of time while monitoring the
condition of your skin.
Replace the exfoliation brush about
once per year.
