Grills

and the keep warm rack with a soft, non-abrasive brush to remove any food residue.

Clean the grills with a sponge and hot soapy water.
3.
Rinse and let dry completely before placing the grills back on the barbecue.

Griddle

Never use scouring and abrasive objects or detergents. To effectively remove cooked fats and juices
from meat, "de-glaze" the griddle immediately after cooking (griddle still hot):

a small amount of water on the surface to be cleaned. Beware of the heat released by the steam.

Remove the residue with a spatula into the slot of the griddle.

Finish cleaning with a soft sponge. Dry and lightly oil. You can replace the water with white vinegar
on a warm surface.

Clean the diffuser regularly by putting it in a solution of water and washing-up liquid.

If necessary, use a wooden or plastic scraper to remove any food residue.
3.
Rinse it and let it dry completely before putting it back on the barbecue.

Burners

CLEANING THE BURNERS

After several uses, food residues can clog the burners. It is advisable to burn these residues after each
cooking session to keep the burners clean. Refer to the "Use - Cooking - When cooking is finished"
section. For a more thorough clean, please follow these steps:
1.
Make sure that all of the control knobs are in the "

2.
Disassemble the burners.
3.
Clean them by putting them in a solution of hot water and washing-up liquid.
4.
Make sure that no holes in the burner are blocked. If necessary, unclog the holes with a toothpick.
5.
Rinse with clean water, dry and replace the burners on the barbecue.
6.
Light them immediately to avoid rust and corrosion.
7.
Brush them lightly with cooking oil if you do not need to use the barbecue for an extended period
of time.
