Changing the gas cylinder

Always change the gas cylinder away from any source of fire.
Do not change the gas cylinder when using the appliance. The control knobs must be in the closed
position "
" (stop).
Wait for the appliance to cool down completely.
The change must only be made outdoors.
Do not smoke when changing the gas cylinder.
Always change the gas cylinder at an appropriate heat.
When the gas cylinder is empty, have it filled or replaced by an authorised dealer, where your cylinder
will not be filled to more than 80% of its capacity to allow the gas to expand with the temperature.
Have your cylinder inspected every 10 years by an authorised service.

Make sure that the gas cylinder is placed outside
the appliance during use.
Before you start using your barbecue, make sure
all of the control knobs are in the " • " (stop) position.
The metal parts become hot during use. Danger
of burns! Wear suitable protective gloves when
handling the appliance and when cooking.
Do not attempt to modify the appliance; any
modification of the appliance may be dangerous.

Preparation before cooking

Before using the barbecue for the first time, wipe the cooking grills, griddle and keep warm rack with
a solution of water and washing-up liquid and a soft sponge. Rinse and dry thoroughly before placing
them back on the appliance.
Make sure that the flame diffusers are installed under the cooking grills on the left side of the
appliance (see diagram below).
To prevent food from sticking to the cooking grills and the griddle, coat them with cooking oil before
each use.
