WARNING! Do not grill merguez or other very fatty
meat (sausages, duck breasts, etc.) with the hood
closed! This type of food releases a lot of fat and
this type of cooking is not suitable.
When using the barbecue with the hood down:
Light the left burner under the cooking grill and the right burner under the griddle, then close the
hood.
Using the thermostat on the hood, make sure that the temperature of the barbecue does not exceed
250°C. Excessive temperature may damage the appliance.
For best cooking results, you can place the food in a suitable metal cooking dish and place it on the
cooking grill.
Avoid opening the hood too frequently to avoid heat loss.
WARNING:
The metal parts become hot during use. Danger of
burns! Always use the handle to open and close
the hood.
Always open the hood carefully: hot steam may
escape when opening.

your dishes and/or utensils must not exceed 20 kg per shelf.
Warning! The side shelves should not be used as cutting boards as this may damage the coating.

The grease trap drawer is designed to remove juices and greases during cooking. The drawer is fully
removable for easy cleaning. It is located under the cooking grills and can be removed from the back
of the appliance. The drawer must be emptied as regularly as necessary.
Tip: To make it easier to clean the grease trap drawer, you can place a sheet of aluminium foil over the
entire surface and discard it after each use and after the appliance has cooled completely
