4.2 - Réglage d'égalisation (P1)
Ce réglage s'effectue une fois pour toutes, à la mise en
service, de la façon suivante :
- Alternateur à vide et tension réseau présente entre 1-2
ou 1-3 suivant valeur
- Fermer le contact entre 4 et 5 du connecteur.
- Ajuster P1 pour que la tension machine soit égale à
celle du réseau ou que les tensions soient identiques de
chaque coté du contacteur de couplage (cas des machi-
nes bloc)
- Plomber P1 . Le réglage est terminé
NOTE : Il est possible que pendant l'égalisation on obs-
erve un léger battement de la tension machine fonction
de la différence de fréquence entre le réseau et la ma-
chine. Ce phénomène normal disparaîtra dès que les
fréquences seront suffisamment proches. Si cela posait
un problème, on peut en diminuer l'amplitude en agis-
sant sur le potentiomètre stabilité du régulateur.
4.3 - Mise en service
Dans le cas d'un montage en armoire, il est conseillé
avant de connecter le module 3F d'avoir déjà fait fonc-
tionner le régulateur seul. Il suffit alors de couper le strap
ST2 du régulateur série R200 , de connecter le module
3F, de réajuster la tension nominale si nécessaire et de
vérifier l'égalisation comme indiqué dans le § 4.2.
4.4 - Dépannage
Les seuls problèmes pouvant interférer sur le fonctionne-
ment sont :
- Tension réseau incorrecte ou absente lors de la de-
mande d'égalisation
- Raccordement incorrect.
- Strap ST2 du régulateur non coupé.
- Usage d'un potentiomètre à distance et switch ST1 du
module 3F mal positionné.
- Raccordement entre régulateur et module 3F non blin-
dé ou blindage mal raccordé.
- Environnement très parasité et fils non blindés sur la
commande d'égalisation.

4.2 - Equalization adjustment P1
This adjustment is made once and for all on starting up
as follows:
- Alternator off load and network voltage present be-
tween 1 and 2 or 1 and 3, depending on its value
- Close the contact between 4 and 5 of the connection
block, or strap the terminals
- Adjust P1 so that the machine voltage is equal to that
of the network, or so that the voltages are the same on
both sides of the coupling switch (in the event of ma-
chines directly coupled with transformer)
- Seal P1. Adjustment is finished.
NOTE : During equalization one may observe slight os-
cillation of the machine voltage as a result of the fre-
quency difference between the network and the ma-
chine. This phenomenon is normal and will disappear as
soon as the two frequencies are sufficiently close. If it
makes problem its amplitude can be reduced by adjust-
ing the stability potentiometer of the regulator.
4.3 - Starting up
When the unit is mounted in the terminal box it is recom-
mended to operate the regulator alone before connecting
the 3F module. It is then only necessary to copen the
strap ST2 of the R200 series regulator, to connect the 3F
module, to adjust the set voltage if necessary and to
check equalization as explained in paragraph 4.2.
4.4 - Fault finding
The only problems which could affect operation are:
- Network voltage incorrect or absent during the equali-
zation order
- Incorrect connections
- ST2 regulator strap not cut
- Use of a remote potentiometer with the ST1 switch of
the 3F module not in up position.
- Connection between the regulator and the 3F module
not shielded or shield incorrectly connected
- High interference environment and wires not shielded
on the equalization control.
