Special Duct-mount Installation

The IAQPoint must be duct mounted using a special box if it is
equipped with the temperature and humidity sensor "antenna". All of
the components housed within the box are factory assembled.
Housing cover
1. Select the location for the unit
2. Measure and mark the holes for intake and exhaust tubes
3. Drill the holes for the sampling tubes.
4. Affix intake and exhaust tubes to mounting box
5. Insert the tubes into the holes in conduit, orienting the air holes on
the air intake tube to face the airflow.
6. Screw the mounting box onto the conduit.
7. Remove the desired knock out (depending on where cables will
enter box) and affix appropriate conduit.
8. Remove the IAQPoint from the mounting plate to access
connection terminals
9. Run wiring through conduit and electrical box to unit and connect
wires according to Wiring Details
10. Press the IAQPoint onto the plastic base (latches will click), making
certain that sampling tube feeds into the appropriate port on the
back of the IAQPoint.
