Problem
Drying machine does not
turn on or program cannot
be started. Drying machine
does not run after it is
configured.
Program terminated
prematurely for no reason.
Clothes have shrunk,
hardened or spoiled.
Water drips from the
loading door.
Loading door opens by
itself.
Water tank warning symbol
is on/flashing.
The lighting inside the
drying machine does not
turn on. (In models with
lamp)
Cause
Power plug might be
unplugged.
Loading door might be
open.
A program might not be
set or Start / Pause /
Cancel button might not be
pressed.
Child lock may be activated.
Loading door might be
closed completely.
There might be a power
outage.
Water tank may be full.
A program not suitable with
the laundry type might have
been used.
Fibres might have gathered
on the inner sides of the
loading door and the
loading door gasket.
Loading door might be
closed completely.
Water tank may be full.
Water discharge hose might
have collapsed.
The drying machine might
not have been turned on
using On/Off button.
Lamp might be
malfunctioning.

Solution
Make sure the power cord is
plugged in.
Ensure that the loading door
is properly closed.
Check that the program is
set and it is not in Pause
position.
Turn off the child lock.
Ensure that the loading door
is properly closed.
Press the Start / Pause /
Cancel button to start the
program.
Empty the water tank.
Check the maintenance
labels on the clothes and
select a program suitable
for the clothes.
Clean the inner surfaces
of the loading door and
the loading door gasket
surfaces.
Push the loading door until
the closing sound is heard.
Empty the water tank.
If the product is connected
directly to the water drain
check the water discharge
hose.
Check that the drying
machine is turned on.
Contact Authorized Service
to replace the lamp.
