and connections for damage and
replace if necessary.
2 Daily Check the wire feed rolls and the set
contact pressure.
3 Daily
Visual inspect the inlet and outlet nip-
ples for wear.
4 Monthly Check that all mobile parts and roll
bearings are working and replace if
necessary.
5 Quarterly Replace the drive gears.
