You can apply the following potential solutions yourself, taking into considera-
tion the safety instructions.
Overheating protection has

Air filter in filter cover is dirty.
Is long hair drying activated?

Switch off appliance at main switch. Pull out the mains plug.
Label appliance as DEFECTIVE.

ance to cool down.
Pull out the mains plug.
Check air filter in filter cover and replace, if neces-
sary.
Switch off appliance at main switch.
Pull out the mains plug.
Label appliance as DEFECTIVE. Notify Customer
Service.
If it is necessary to extend the drying time be-
yond 60 minutes, the appliance needs to be re-
started after 60 minutes by turning the control
dial to enter a time.
Adjust the blower setting to setting II.
Switch appliance off at ON/OFF switch.
Pull out the mains plug.
Clean blower outlet grid.
Check air filter in filter cover and replace, if neces-
sary.
Deactivate long hair drying.
