7) Install winch using four M8 bolts and lock washers.
NOTE: For this application the winch should be mounted
with the feet up and the clutch handle on the passenger side
of the vehicle.
NOTE: The winch rope winds from the top (the foot side of
the winch) of the drum for this mounting configuration.
8) Route the winch rope through the fairlead.
9) Attach the hook assembly to winch rope loop from the
WARN winch kit using the clevis and cotter pins provided.
See Figures 9 and 10.
10) Complete the winch installation as described in the winch
installation and specification guide that came with the
winch.
