Error shutdown
Extraneous light error
Manual/external
error shutdown
Note:
The device remains in an error state and the cause of the error remains
displayed until the control module is reset.
Since the device is not reset by unplugging it from the base or by
interrupting the mains voltage supply, there is a waiting time of approx.
2 - 3 seconds after applying the mains voltage before the control module
goes into an error state again and displays the last error again.
Problem
Burner does not go into operation
An error is displayed 2 - 3 seconds

shutdown after expiry of the safety
time
In case of error the control module can be reset by briefly pressing the reset
button built into the cover; i.e. a new attempt is made to start up
If the button is pressed for longer than 3 seconds and then released during
normal operation or start-up, the device goes into the error state.
Note:
The control module can only be blocked or reset when mains voltage is
applied!
After replacement of the control module a function test must be carried
out:
a) Start-up test with closed gas valve
- The control module must go into the error state after expiry of the safety
time!
b) Normal start-up; close the gas valve while the burner is in operation
- The control module must go into the error state after a new start-up and
expiry of the safety time!
