Replacement control module DGK 972-N
The DGK 972-N control module (art. no. 2745021) replaces the TFI 812.2
control module (art. no. 2796205 and art. no. 2796200)
The DGK 972-N control module is compatible with the TFI812.2 control module
No further changes are necessary when replacing.
Danger through 'live' electrical components. Never touch electrical
components and contacts if the boiler is not isolated from the mains
supply.
Mortal danger!
The equipment is not isolated from the mains by the ON/OFF switch
on the boiler controller!
Only qualified persons are permitted to work on electrical
components.
- The wiring must be checked carefully before commissioning.
Incorrect wiring can damage the device and endanger the safety of
the unit!
- The control module may be only be plugged in or unplugged when
the power supply is switched off!
- Control modules are safety devices and may not be opened!
The built-in microprocessor controls both the program sequence and the
information system. The individual phases of the program sequence are
displayed as flashing codes.
The following messages are distinguished:
Message
Waiting time
Pre-ignition time
Safety and post-ignition time
Time delay, 2nd stage
Operation
Mains undervoltage
= short pulse
= long pulse
= short interval
= long interval
In the event of an error the LED lights permanently. Every 10 seconds this
lighting is interrupted and a flashing code is output giving information about
the cause of the error. This gives rise to the following sequence, which is
repeated until the error is acknowledged, i.e. until the device is reset.
