DESCRIZIONE GENERALE
Refrigeratori d'acqua per condensazione remota e installazione
interna. La gamma comprende 18 modelli che coprono poten-
zialità frigorifere da 235 a 2168 kW.

CARATTERISTICHE COSTRUTTIVE:
Struttura. Di tipo autoportante, realizzata in lamiera zincata con
un'ulteriore protezione ottenuta tramite verniciatura a polveri
poliestere. Questo tipo di struttura sorregge i componenti prin-
cipali e permette un facile accesso ad essi per le operazioni di
manutenzione e riparazione.
Compressori. Semiermetici a vite con separatore olio, filtro sull'a-
spirazione, riscaldatore del carter, spia livello olio, protezione ter-
mica e rubinetto di mandata.
Evaporatore. Del tipo a mantello e fascio tubiero con due
circuiti indipendenti (1302-B÷6002-B) o tre circuiti indipendenti
(6603-B÷9003-B) sul lato refrigerante ed uno sul lato acqua.
Quadro elettrico. Include: interruttore generale con blocco-
porta, fusibili, relè termici a protezione dei compressori, relè di
interfaccia e morsetti per collegamenti esterni.
Microprocessore per la gestione automatica dell'unità permette di
visualizzare in qualsiasi istante lo stato di funzionamento dell'unità,
di controllare la temperatura dell'acqua impostata e quella effettiva
e, in caso di blocco parziale o totale dell'unità, di evidenziare quali
sicurezze sono intervenute.
Circuito frigorifero. Ciascuna unità include due circuiti
(1302-B÷6002-B) o tre circuiti (6603-B÷9003-B) frigoriferi in-
dipendenti. Realizzato in tubo di rame, comprende per tutti i
modelli i seguenti componenti: valvola di espansione termostatica
elettronica, filtro disidratatore, indicatore di liquido ed umidità,
trasduttori di pressione, pressostati di alta e bassa pressione
(a taratura fissa) e valvola di sicurezza.
Circuito idraulico. Include: evaporatore, sonda di lavoro, sonda
antigelo, sfiato aria e scarico acqua.
ACCESSORI MONTATI IN FABBRICA:
IM - Interrutori magnetotermici in alternativa a fusibili e relè termici.
RZ - Parzializzazione continua dei compressori per l'adegua-
mento della potenza frigorifera al carico termico dell'impianto.
BT - Bassa temperatura, necessario nei casi di funzionamento
dell'unità in condizioni di uscita dell'acqua all'evaporatore infe-
riore ai 5°C.
HR - Desurriscaldatore con recupero del 20%.
HRT - Recuperatore calore totale con recupero del 100%.
RF - Rubinetto circuito frigorifero sulla linea del liquido.
FE - Resistenza antigelo evaporatore ad inserimento termostatato.
SS - Soft start per la limitazione della corrente di spunto all'avvia-
mento del compressore.
WM - Web Monitoring: permette il monitoraggio e la gestione
remota dell'unità tramite protocollo di comunicazione GPRS/GSM/

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Water cooled liquid chiller units for indoor installation. The
range consists of 18 models covering a cooling capacity from
235 to 2168 kW.

TECHNICAL FEATURES:
Frame. The unit features a galvanized steel frame further pro-
tected with polyester powder painting. The frame supports the
main components and allows easy acess for maintenance and
other necessary operations.
Compressors. Screw semihermetic with built-in oil separator,
suction filter, cranckcase heater, oil sight glass, thermal protection,
hot gas shut off valves.
Evaporator. Shell and tube type, with two indipendent refriger-
ants circuits (1302-B÷6002-B) or three indipendent refrigerants
circuits (6603-B÷9003-B) and one water circuit.
Electrical board. Includes: main switch with door safety interlock;
fuses, overload protection for compressors; interface relays and
electrical terminals for external connections.
Microprocessor for automatic control of the unit allowing con-
tinuous display of the operational status of the unit, control set
and real water temperature and, in case of partial or total block
of the unit, indication of security device that intervened.
Refrigerant circuit. Each unit includes two (1302-B÷6002-B) or
three (6603-B÷9003-B) independent refrigerant circuits. Produced
in copper tubing, all models have the following components: elec-
tronic expansion valve, filter-drier, level and humidity indicator,
pressure transducer, high and low pressure switches (with fixed
setting) and safety valve.
Water circuit. Includes: evaporator, temperature sensor, anti-
freeze sensor, air vent and water drain.
FACTORY FITTED ACCESSORIES:
IM - Magnetothermic switches instead of fuses and thermal
relays.
RZ - Stepless regulation of the compressors to adjust the
cooling capacity to the termic load of the system.
BT – Low temperature kit, required in case the unit will work
with evaporator's outlet water temperature below 5°C.
HR - Desuperheater with 20% heat recovery.
HRT - Total heat recovery for 100% heat recovery.
RF - Cooling circuit shut off valve on liquid line.
FE - Evaporator heater with thermostatic control.
SS - Soft start to reduce compressor starting current.
WM - Web Monitoring: monitoring enables remote management
of the system through communication protocols, GPRS/GSM/
TCP-IP. Authorized users have access to a dashboard display
that provides critical system information from which the user can
measure, manage and report as necessary.
CP - Potential free contacts for remote alarm and control.
