Tabata (pre-installed)
Press F2 for the tabata function. The timer is displayed.
Press ENTER to start a 10-second countdown (if activated), which counts
up from 00:00. This is the preparation time, get ready. After 10 seconds, a
beep tells you: Tabata. The cycle: 20 seconds workout - 10 seconds pause
runs 8 times in a row and is signalled by beeps.
Press ENTER to start/stop/continue or RESET to cancel.
Fight Gone Bad
Press F3 for the Fight Gone Bad function. The timer is displayed.
Press ENTER to start a 10-second countdown (if activated), which counts
up from 00:00. A single beep indicates a new workout cycle, a double
beep indicates a rest period.
Press ENTER to start/stop/resume or RESET to cancel.
