IO-Link DA interface – Operating instructions
The IO-Link D/A interface can be used in numerous applications:

Familiarisation with various fieldbus technologies:

Profibus
• CANopen

DeviceNet
•
CC-Link
•
EtherCAT
Two ports for mini I/O terminal, each with:
•
4 digital inputs
•
4 digital outputs
•
2 analogue inputs
•
1 analogue output
A broad range of open and closed-loop control applications can thus be implemented.

5 Transport, unpacking, scope of delivery

5.1 Transport

The IO-Link D/A interface is shipped in a carton together with mounting materials.
The carton must be secured against tipping over and dropping.
The freight forwarder and Festo Didactic must be notified of any transport damage without delay.

5.2 Unpacking

Inspect the IO-Link D/A interface for possible damage after unpacking. The freight forwarder and Festo
Didactic must be notified of any damage without delay.

5.3 Scope of delivery

The following components are included in the scope of delivery:
•
IO-Link D/A interface with attached metal cover
•
5-pin M12 connecting cable, 2 metres long, with open end, A coded
•
Three M3x30 screws for mounting a bus node CTEU
• Assembly materials for mounting bracket and H-rail socket
•
Manual for IO-Link D/A interface
Check delivered items against the packing slip and your purchase order. Notify Festo Didactic of any
deviations without delay.
