Installation Manual 1.2 Configurations The Paddle Trim can be adapted to FRONT MOUNTING hydraulic steering systems (UP20F, UP25F, UP28F, UP33F, UP39F, UP45F) or steering systems with TILT (mechanical or hydraulic). Both versions can be configured with single or dual control. -

Page 12: Installation On Tilt
For applications with dual command, repeat the procedure on the second device. Before attaching the bracket to the tilt the surface that will be in contact with the bracket should be thoroughly degreased. The half-brackets must be positioned so that they rest on the tilt (5). page PADDLE TRIM... - Page 13 Attach the bracket to the steering system by means of the M4 screws (6) with a torque of 3 Nm (2.21 lbft). Before attaching the bracket to the steering system the surface that will be in contact with the bracket should be thoroughly degreased. The mounting bracket can be installed in any position as long as it is on the cylindrical surface of the steering system (14). - page PADDLE TRIM... - Page 16 Attach the bracket to the steering system by means of the M4 screws (15) with a torque of 3 Nm (2.21 lbft). Il sistema è adattabile alle timonerie idrauliche frontali e alle timonerie idrauliche che meccaniche predisposte per il montaggio con tilt. -

Per applicazioni con doppio comando, ripetere la procedura sul secondo dispositivo. Prima di fissare la staffa al tilt occorre sgrassare accuratamente la superficie che verrà a contatto con la staffa stessa. Posizionare le semi-staffe obbligatoriamente in appoggio al tilt (5). pag. - Page 34 Una volta posizionata la staffa sul tilt, bloccare il cavo elettrico sugli appositi blocca cavo (9) presenti sulla parte inferiore della staffa. ATTENZIONE L’installatore deve considerare una lunghezza di cavo elettrico sufficiente da consentire il tiltaggio del meccanismo evitando che tale movimento comprometta il collegamento elettrico del dispositivo. pag. Prima di fissare la staffa alla timoneria occorre sgrassare accuratamente la superficie che verrà a contatto con la staffa stessa. La staffa di montaggio può essere installata in qualunque posizione purchè si trovi sulla superficie cilindrica della timoneria (14). - pag. PADDLE TRIM... - Page 36 Fissare la staffa alla timoneria per mezzo delle viti M4 (15) con una coppia di serraggio di 3 Nm (2,21 lbft). Pour les applications à double commande, répéter le processus sur le second dispositif. Avant de fixer l'étrier au basculement il faut graisser soigneusement la surface qui entrera en contact avec l'étrier. Avant de fixer l'étrier au timonier il faut dégraisser la surface qui sera en contact avec l'étrier.
