Electrical
∫ Disconnect the covering from the po-
wer supply or block the various ele-
ments in the app during inspection or
maintenance (page 128).
∫ Frequent successive operation can
cause the motor to overheat. The in-
ternal thermal safety will temporarily
render the system inoperable (about 10
minutes).
∫ Do NOT let children play with the con-
trols.
∫ Changes to the electrical part can only
be made after approval of the manu-
facturer.
Wind class
According to the quality of the product, Camargue Skye can handle wind speeds of
120 km/h (> 11 bft) when stacked. The blades can be operated in winds up to 60
km/h.
For your information, here are the wind classes according to DIN 13561:2015.

The vertical sunscreens are conformable to wind class 2.
The vertical Fixscreens must be rolled up with wind speeds of over 60 km/h.
For a stand-alone Camargue Skye, the warranty for wind loads of up to 120 km/h only
applies to cast or rein forced mounting bases.

Water flow rate
The Camargue Skye covering has
a max. deposition flow rate of 180
mm/h, for max. 2 min.
This type of rain shower occurs
approx. every 15 years (Cf. Bel-
gian rain statistics: standard NBN

Bearing capacity
Terrace coverings are subject to
different forces (e.g. snow). The
warranty is determined by static
strength calculations carried out
by our engineers and validated by
internal tests.
Here are a few examples:
∫ 6000 x 4000 mm 55 kg/m²
∫ 5835 x 3375 mm 110 kg/m² 2160 kg
You will not have damage or per-
manent deformation at these loads.
We do recommend to open the
roof in case of snowfall (blades
in vertical position, preferably
stacked).
