Indications:
• Celtra Duo Correction porcelain is indicated
for minor repairs of Celtra Duo restorations only,
including adjustments of contacts and occlusal
surfaces.
• Dentsply Sirona Universal Stain and Overglaze are
indicated for staining and glazing Celtra Duo resto-
rations. They can also be used for staining and glazing
with most lithium silicate based restorations, zirconia
based restorations and most of the Dentsply Sirona
Porcelains.

Contraindications:

Only the indications listed above are suitable. Porcelains
other than Celtra Duo Correction Porcelain may not
have the correct coefficient of thermal expansion, and
therefore should not be used on Celtra Duo Blocks.
Warnings/Adverse Reactions:
Consult Dentsply Sirona Universal Stains and Overglaze
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for safe handling and usage.
Use only according to the indications listed above.

• Celtra Duo restorations are designed to be polished
and/or glazed before insertion. Direct insertion
without polishing or glazing may lead to excessive
wear.
• Use only in well ventilated areas.
Finishing the restoration
Without the optional staining and/or glaze firing
1. Clean the restoration in an ultrasonic water bath or
with a steam cleaner. Carefully blow-dry the resto-
ration in an air stream.
2. Try in the final restoration to examine its fit. If neces-
sary, adjust the proximal and occlusal contacts.
3. When making adjustments to the ceramic material,
make sure to avoid overheating (e.g. by providing
irrigation). Ideally, all adjustments should be made
with water-cooled instruments.
4. Diamond polishing bodies (< 60µm) are recom-
mended for polishing the occlusal surfaces. The use
of tungsten carbide burs is not recommended.
5. Smooth the remaining surfaces of the restoration
with a rubber polisher at low speed and minimum
pressure.
6. Thoroughly clean the restoration.
7. If milled restorations require no corrections, proceed
to optional staining and glazing instructions.
8. If milled restorations require corrections, proceed
to Application of Celtra Duo Correction Porcelain
instructions.

required.

Porcelain after previous glazing): If a second appli-
cation is needed: apply Dentsply Sirona Universal
Overglaze, over the entire Celtra Duo crown, then apply
small amount of Celtra Duo Correction Porcelain to the
desired areas. Fire at 810°C according to 2nd correction
firing program b) in Table 1.
