DEBALLAGE, MANUTENTION ET
STOCKAGE
4-1 Déballage
Dès réception du matériel et avant déballage, vérifier que
l'emballage de la pompe ne présente aucune anomalie, dans le
cas contraire le signaler sur le bordereau de livraison et mettre
en place les actions nécessaires auprès du transporteur.
4-2 Manutention
La manutention du matériel doit être faite comme suit :
4-3 Stockage intermédiaire
Consignes :
•
Stoker dans un local fermé et sec, exempt de
vibrations.
•
Ne pas retirer les bouchons de protection des brides de
pompe.
•
Manœuvrez périodiquement la partie tournante de la
pompe pour éviter le marquage du roulement à billes et le
collage des faces frottantes de la garniture.
•
Durée maximum de stockage :
pour les pompes en matériaux inoxydables : 3 ans
pour matériaux oxydables (fonte, acier) : 1 an
Pour un stockage prolongé, sous des conditions différentes
utiliser des protections et emballages appropriés.

5-1 Description générale
Pompe centrifuge mono ou multicellulaire horizontale
monobloc, à plan de joint radial avec bride d'aspiration axiale et
bride de refoulement radiale ou version IN LINE avec bride en
ligne fig 5. Ces pompes sont équipées d'un radiateur à ailettes
qui permet le refroidissement de l'étanchéité.Elles sont prévues
pour le pompage de fluides à usage industriel.

UNPACKING, HANDLING AND
STORAGE
4-1 Umpacking
During the reception of equipment and before unpacking, check
that the pump's packaging does not show any signs of damage
or abnormality. If this is the case, describe the problem on the
delivery document and take all actions deemed necessary with
the shipper.
4-2 Handling
The equipment must be handled as indicated in the figure
below:

4-3 Intermediate storage
Recommendations :
•
The intermediate storage area should be a dry closed
vibrationless section.
•
Do NOT remove the protective caps from the pump
flanges.
•
Periodically move the rotating part of the pump to
prevent scoring by the ball bearing and binding of the rubbing
surfaces of the mechanical seal
•
Maximum intermediate storage period :
For pumps made of Inoxidizable materials : 3 years
For pumps made of Oxidizable materials : 1 year
For a long lasting stocking you should use adequate
packings and protections.

DESCIPTION OF THE PRODUCT AND
ACCESSORIES
5-1 General description
The product is a horizontal single- or multi-cell
centrifugal pump, with radial joint plane, axial inlet flange and
radial outlet flange, or in line flange for IN LINE pump fig 5. This
pump are mounted with radiator which allows the cooling of the
tightness. They are used for pumping of fluids for industrial
usage.
