8.0 POSSIBILIBIES OF FAILURE
1 When pushing the pressure switch the compressor does not run:
* blown fuse
* tank at pressure
* loose wire
* motor broken
* thermal failure
* defective pressure switch
° defective condensator
2 Repeating thermal failure:
* pressure switch does not releave
air circuit
* too low voltage
§ phase out of order
* overloading
3 Compressor keeps blowing off air:
* defective non-return valve
4 Too little air production:
* dirty air filter
* defective valves
# V-belt too loose
5 Leaking safety valve:
* pressure too high
* defective safety valve
* general failures
° failures only with L and LM types (230 volt)
§ failures only with KM types (400 volt)
# failures only with LM 100-400, BM 50-400 and DM 50-330
Problem shooting for the engines of the BM 50-400 and the DM 50-330 is to be
found in the instruction manual of the fuel engine.
