VFD failure Reset the VFD by pressing Emergency
Stop button. It the VFD still does not
operate, check it.
Motor overheat Stop by motor thermal relay function of
the VFD

VFD overheat Stop by overheat preventive function of
the VFD

Damaged circuit Press the Push Button to check whether
component LED on the board lights or not. If LED
does not light, replace the board.
