Maintenance

Clean ball coupling
Grease or oil ball socket, joints and bearings.
Lubricant type:
multi-purpose grease according to
ISO-L-XCCHB3

Troubleshooting

Fault
coupling does not click
into place after laying on

Do not dispose of old equipment, batteries or accumulators as household waste!

of accordingly.

Repairs may be performed only by qualified tech-
nicians.
Replacement parts are safety parts!
We recommend using only original AL-KO re-
placement parts or parts expressly approved by
us.For the certain identif cation of replace-ment
parts, our service stations need the replacement
part identif cation number (ETI).
Solution
have tow ball changed
press the ball coupling downwards manually
clean coupling and grease, replace if
necessary
put trailer and car in the same direction of
travel and uncouple
grease or oil coupling mechanism
press detent pawl
have ball coupling replaced
rivent straighten
