General

This Technical Manual contains all instructions necessary for the installation, commissioning,
servicing, maintenance and repair of the oval gear meter.
Please adhere under all circumstances to the Notes on Safety and emphasized pas-
sages!
1.1

Scope of guarantee

The manufacturer accepts guarantee liability for the operating reliability and dependability of
the oval gear meter only under the following conditions:
• Installation, connection, adjustment, maintenance and repair must be performed by au-
thorized and correctly trained specialist staff
• The oval gear meter must be used in accordance with the information and instruction con-
tained in the operating manual included in the scope of supply
• Only original (manufacturer's) spare parts may be used for repairs
In addition, the general warranty and service conditions of the company
ECOLAB-Engineering are applicable.
