Electrical connection

NOTE
ATTENTION
For sensors with no pre-installed connecting cable, connect the connector of the connect-
ing line onto the sensor and fix to the sensor using the union nut on the connector.
ATTENTION
Connect the other end of the connecting line (cable connecting sleeves) to a flow computer /
pulse counter (see Section 9, "Spare parts and accessories") in accordance with the following
circuit diagram in principle.

The oval gear meter on console (OGC) is equipped at the manufacturer's works with a PNP
inductive sensor ready for operation
Only a connecting cable and plug-type connector approved for connection of sensors may
be used for connection of the sensor
The plug-type connector can be connected to the sensor only in one position.
Never use force, since this could damage the sensor and/or the cable!
A load resistor must be installed between the "OUT" output and "GND" ground in case of
high-impedance outputs on the evaluator and in case of fast pulse sequences. A current of
not less of 2 mA should flow.
