SOSTITUZIONE OLIO MOTORE
E CARTUCCIA FILTRO
Per la sostituzione rimuovere il
tappo (1), scaricare l'olio usato dal
tappo (3), pulire il magnete dello
stesso per eliminare eventuali
residui e riapplicare il tappo
serrandolo a fondo (coppia
serraggio tappo olio: 2,3 Kgm, 23
Nm). Togliere la cartuccia filtrante
(4) mediante chiave per filtri e
montare una cartuccia nuova,
avendo cura di oliare la
guarnizione, avvitandola a mano
nella sua sede fino al contatto
della guarnizione, dopodichè
avvitare (coppia serraggio: 1,8
Kgm, 18 Nm) utilizzando l'attrezzo
speciale (5).
ATTENZIONE
L'olio usato contiene sostanze
pericolose per l'ambiente. Per la
sostituzione dell'olio si consiglia di
fruire della nostra rete di servizio,
che dispone di attrezzature
appropriate per smaltire gli oli nel
rispetto della natura e delle norme
di legge. Svitare il tappo (1) ed
effettuare il rifornimento con olio del
tipo prescritto (vedi pag. 23), fino al
livello stabilito sull'indicatore (2).
NOTA
Eseguire queste operazioni a
motore caldo e, in fase di
rifornimento, non superare il livello
massimo indicato.
ENGINE OIL AND FILTER
CARTRIDGE CHANGE
To change the oil, remove the cap
(1), drain the used oil through cap
(3), clean the magneto to remove
any residuals and tighten the cap
on again (oil cap tightening torque:
39 ft-lb). Remove the filtering
cartridge (4) with the filters key
and assemble a new cartridge (oil
the gasket first) by screwing it in
by hand until it touches the
gasket, then screw (tightening
torque: 13.3 ft-lb) using the special
tool (5).
ATTENTION
used oils contain substances
harmful for the environment. To
change the oil we recommend that
you apply to our service network
that is equipped with proper
facilities for the oil disposal in the
respect of the nature and of the
law in force.
Undo oil filter plug (1) and refill
with fresh oil (See «Lubrication
table» table for oil grade and
quality), up to the level on
sightglass (2).
NOTE
Carry out these operations with
warm engine and, when filling up,
do not fill to overflow.

VIDANGE ET REMPLACEMENT
DU FILTRE A CARTOUCHE
Pour le renouvellement enlever le
bouchon (1), vidanger l'huile usée
par l'orifice (3), nettoyer l'aimant
du bouchon pour éliminer les
résidus éventuels puis remettre
celui-ci et le serrer à fond (couple
de serrage bouchon d'huile: 2,3
Kgm, 23 Nm). Retirer la cartouche
(4) avec une clé pour filtres puis
en monter une neuve sans oublier
d'huiler le joint en la vissant à la
main dans son siège jusqu'au
contact du joint, donner ensuite
(couple de serrage: 1,8 Kgm, 18
Nm) avec l'outil spécial (5).
ATTENTION
L'huile usée contient des
substances dangereuses pour
l'environnement. Pour la vidange,
nous conseillons de profiter de
notre réseau de service qui
dispose de l'outillage approprié
pour évacuer les huiles dans le
respect de l'environnement et des
normes en vigueur.
Desserrer le bouchon (1) et
remplir d'huile du type prescrit
(voir le tableau de lubrification)
jusqu'au niveau indiqué sur la
jauge (2).
AVIS
Effectuer ces opérations le moteur
chaud, et pendant le remplissage,
ne jamais dépasser le niveau
maximum.
MOTORÖLWECHSEL UND
AUSTAUSCH DES
FILTEREINSATZES
Zum Auswechseln den Stopfen (1)
losschrauben, den gebrauchten Öl
von der Ablaßschraube (3)
abfließen lassen, den Magnet zur
Beseitigung etwaiger Rückstände
reinigen. Danach den Stopfen
wieder darauf legen und fest
anziehen (Anziehmoment
Ölschraube: 2,3 kgm, 23 Nm). Den
Filtereinsatz (4) mit Hilfe eines
Schlüssels für Filter abnehmen
und einen neuen Einsatz
montieren, in ihrem Sitz von Hand
einschrauben, bis sie die Dichtung
berührt. Anschließend mittels des
dafür bestimmten Werkzeuges
(Anziehmoment: 1,8 kgm, 18 Nm)
einschrauben (5).
ACHTUNG!
Verbrauchtes Öl enthält
umweltschädliche Stoffe. Zum
Ölauswechsel wird es empfohlen,
sich an unseren Kundendienst zu
wenden, der über die
angemessenen Ausrüstungen zu
einer umweltfreundlichen und
vorschriftsmäßiger Ölentsorgung
verfügt. Einfüllschraube (1)
herausschrauben und Frischöl
einfüllen (siehe
Schmierungstabelle) bis der
Ölspiegel die Standmarkierung am
Schauglas (2) erreicht.
ZUR BEACHTUNG
Diesen Vorgang bei warmem Mo-
tor ausführen und beim Einfüllen
den angegebenen max. Stand
nicht überschreiten.
