Riportare la levetta dello starter nella posizione
iniziale non appena il motore sarà in grado di
tenere il minimo. In caso di avviamento a caldo
NON utilizzare lo starter. Non far funzionare il
motore freddo ad un elevato numero di giri
onde permettere il riscaldamento dell'olio e la
sua circolazione in tutti i punti che necessitano
di lubrificazione.
IMPORTANTE
Dopo l'avviamento del motore attendere
qualche secondo prima di partire durante la
stagione calda e per un periodo più lungo
durante quella fredda. In tale modo l'olio,
circolando, raggiungerà tutti i punti che
richiedono lubrificazione.
USO DEL VEICOLO
Per partire, sollevare la gamba laterale,
disinnestare completamente la frizione, tirando
la leva verso la manopola. Quindi abbassare il
pedale del cambio con decisione ma senza
strappi, per innestare la prima velocità;
rilasciare poi, lentamente, la leva della frizione
e contemporaneamente aprire il gas
gradualmente.
Dopo aver percorso qualche metro innestare la
seconda velocità nel modo seguente: chiudere
il gas, disinnestare la frizione ed alzare il
pedale del cambio sino a fondo corsa, quindi
innestare la frizione ed aprire il gas. Ripetere la
stessa operazione per innestare le altre
velocità.

RIDING OPERATIONS
To get under way, lift the side stand, fully
disengage the clutch by depressing the clutch
hand lever. Then push shift lever down firmly
but gently to the end of its travel to engage low
gear. Release the clutch lever slowly and, at
the same time, open the throttle gradually.
Engage second gear after the motorcycle has
run a few yards as follows: close the throttle,
disengage the clutch and lift the gear shift lever
up to the end of its travel. Then engage the
clutch and open the throttle gradually. Repeat
the same operation to engage the other gears.

secondes pour partir pendant la saison chaude
et un temps prolongé pendant la saison froide.
De cette manière, l'huile circule et arrive à tous
les points qui ont besoin d'être lubrifiés.
MISE EN ROUTE DE LA MOTO
Pour mettre la moto en route, enlevér la
béquille latérale, débrayer complètement en
tirant le levier correspondant; ensuite, baisser
fermement mais sans à-coups, le sélecteur de
sorte à passer le premier rapport; relâcher
doucement l'embrayage et donner du gaz
progressivement.
Au bout de quelques mètres, engager la
seconde de cette façon: fermer le gaz,
débrayer
et lever le sélecteur jusqu'à fin de course;
ensuite, embrayer et donner du gaz.
Répéter la même opération pour engager les
autres vitesses.
