3.4 Battery and Charger

The motors of the Air Aluminum and Air Carbon are powered by a lithium-ion battery. Fully charge the battery, using the
charger, before using the scooter for the first time. Always charge the battery in a dry and clean environment. Plug one end
of the charger into the scooter and the other end into the socket. Now you'll see a red light which indicates that the battery
is not fully charged and the battery is now charging. The battery's first charging cycle can take up to eight hours. The charger
will stop charging automatically once the battery is fully charged. This is indicated by a green light. When the light changes
from red to green, first unplug the charger from the socket and then from the Air Aluminum or Air Carbon.
Do not charge the Air Aluminum or Air Carbon without supervision and remove the charger when the charging process is
completed.
Never use any other charger than the original one that came with the Air Aluminum or Air Carbon.
Should you encounter any difficulties during the charging process, please contact your SoFlow.
If you do not use your SoFlow Electric Scooter regularly, we recommend to recharge the battery monthly in order to ensure
its longevity. Before a long pause in usage we also recommend to charge the device.
