Remedy
Send DNCE to Festo for repair
Mount DNCE free of stress
(evenness of bearing surface: ≤ 0.2 mm)
Lubricate piston rod

Modify speed of travel
Modify the regulator parameters
(only with servo motors)
No impairment of function
– To release a jam manually:
1. Switch off the power supply,
2. Remove motor and coupling
housing,
3. Turn drive shaft to release it
– Reduce speed for reference travel
– Provide software end positions, at
least 0.25 mm away from the
mechanical end positions (stops)
– Reduce load mass
– Reduce travel speed
– Send DNCE to Festo for repair
Reduce tension of toothed belt
( Parallel kit assembly instructions)
– Reduce load mass
– Reduce travel speed
– If necessary, allow higher current
with servo motors (
instructions for the motor)
– Adjust ambient temperature
