Unit not switched on

Fuse blown in the unit or for UK

Probe open circuit

Overtemperature cut-out has
operated (GD120)
Low liquid level, float switch
has operated
Set temperature is lower than
liquid temperature
Set temperature is too close to
ambient temperature
Temperature control circuit fault

Set temperature is higher than
liquid temperature
Temperature control circuit fault
Stirrer or propeller obstructed
Pump obstructed
If stirrer motor shaft rotates
freely then motor thermal fuse
may have blown
