The control panel ALPHEX has been designed to control sliding gate operators of 230Vac 50 -60Hz. It is provided of an electronic
clutch, an on board receiver and an anti -crashing system (only if wired to an encoder). DASPI AUTO MAZIONI is not responsible if th e
control panel will be used for other purposes except for controlling operators for sliding gates.
1 Electric wiring desciption.
INPUT DESCRIPTION
1-2 Main power supply 230Vac 50-60Hz.
3-4 Flashing light 230Vac.
5-6-7 Motor ( 5 common - 6 opening - 7 closing).
8 Common/neutral for all inputs.
9 Closing limit switches (N.C.).
10 Opening limit switches (N.C.).
11 Photocells (N.C.).
12 Safety edge(N.C.). It stops and reverse the movement of the gate of 10cm if triggered during the opening. It stops
and reverse the movement till total opening if triggered during the closing.
13 Common/neutral for all inputs.
14 Stop / emergency(N.C.).
15 Pedestrian or partial opening(N.O.), open, stop, close, open.
16 Start or full opening/closing(N.O.) open, stop, close, open.
17 Common/neutral for all inputs.
18-19 Output 24Vac for accessories.
20-21 Antenna ( 20 coaxial wire, 21 shield).
22-23 Indicator of state of the gate (24Vdc max 2W). If the gate is moving or steady.
NOTICE: this control panel is sold with all the N.C. (normally closed) inputs already wired closed (Stop, Safety Edge, Photocells). If
you have to use one of them, remove the wire and connect it according to what the manual says.
2 Led description.
it shows the Start input condition (normally is off)
START
It shows the Pedestrian input condition(normally is off)
PED
it shows the Stop input condition (normally is on)
STOP
it shows the Safety Edge (Costa) input condition (normally is on if it is used a mechanical safety edge)
COSTA
it shows the Photocells input condition (normally is on)
FOTO
It shows the limit switch opening input condition (it turns off when gate is completely opened)
F.AP
It shows the limit switch closing input condition (it turns off when gate is completely closed)
F.CH
It shows the condition of the outputs number 22 and 23
SPIA

It shows the encoder input condition (turned on while the motor is moving)
DL11
When the gate is closed check that led Stop, Safety Edge (Costa), Foto and F.ap are switched on.
3 Fuses description.
F1: Fuse of 5A 250Vac for motors working on 230Vac, and fuse of 8A 250Vac for motors working on 115Vac.
Protection fuse for the transformer, flashing light output and motor output.
Warning high tension presence, cut off main power supply before removing the fuse.
F2: Fuse of 1,6A 250Vac.
Protection fuse for output 24Vac, output safety edge SPIA and control panel logic.
Before r eplacing a fuse that is considered burnt, check also all the wirings.
