6.2. Error codes

Here is the list of error codes you may encounter.

The water does not heat up.

Cause
Malfunction of the temperature
sensor
The water temperature exceeds
47°C (117°F)

Filter Cartridge is dirty
Inlet and/or outlet blocked
Too low water level
The ground electrode is disconnec-
ted
The filter has spent 150 hours of use
the inflation valve is loose or
defective
The electrical installation does not
have an earth connection
Solution
Contact technical support
Cut off the power, and wait until the
pool water is between 4°C and 46°C
(40°F and 115°F). If the problem
persists contact technical support.

Clean or Replace the cartridge (see
chapter 5.2)
Clean the inlet and outlet

supplied valve wrench, or replace the
valve with a new one

motor unit, press the «anti-freeze»
button for 3 seconds (be careful, in
this case, the electrical protection
is no longer nominal, it is therefore
forbidden to use the spa)
